What happens to your details.

When you ask for a free list, you give us:

• your company website
• what you sell and who buys it
• the markets where you want buyers
• your typical first-year deal size
• your full name and work email
• your phone number, if you choose to add it

We also save the time you sent it and any campaign tag on the link that brought you here, so we know which post or email did. We add a short note of whether we think we can build you a good list, and why.

• Your website, what you sell, who buys it and your markets tell us which 10 companies to look for.
• Your deal size tells us whether a list is likely to be useful to you.
• Your name and email let us reply and send you the list.
• Your phone number is used only to reach you about your request.

Ahaan Sharma, our founder, reads every request. The Reply Desk, our internal system, saves it, prepares a draft reply and sends your request to Ahaan on Telegram. It also goes into our deal tracker, with your name, email, phone and answers. Nothing is emailed to you until Ahaan has read the draft and sent it.

Your request passes through the services we run on. Vercel hosts this website. Hostinger hosts the server the Reply Desk runs on. Google holds our email. Telegram carries the message to Ahaan. GitHub holds our private backups. Anthropic's Claude helps us research your list and draft later replies. Ahaan checks every reply before it is sent.

• We don't sell your details.
• There is no mailing list. Asking for a list doesn't put you on a newsletter or into an email campaign.
• We write to you only about your request: our reply, your list, the offer of a call, and a few short follow-ups if we don't hear back. Ahaan sends each one. Tell us to stop and we stop.

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or visitor-tracking tags. Your browser holds any campaign tag from your link until you close the tab. Vercel handles routine traffic data, such as IP addresses, to serve the pages.

The Book a call button takes you to Calendly, which runs under its own privacy policy.

We keep your request until you ask us to delete it.

Write to ahaan@rheoai.co.in and tell us the email address you used. We delete your request and your details from the Reply Desk, our inbox and our deal tracker, and tell you when it is done.

Copies can remain in our private backups, the transcripts of our working sessions and our activity logs. We do not rewrite those for one request. If you became a client, we keep the contract and invoices.
